Voice and SMS for industrial sites in Gebze, Bursa, Sakarya and Çerkezköy
Plan communications between factories, head offices and supplier portals across the Marmara industrial corridor.
Begin with official regional directories
The GOSB company directory covers Gebze/Kocaeli; Sakarya 1. OSB publishes a company directory; Bursa’s investment office lists industrial zones; and Çerkezköy OSB provides an official reference for Tekirdağ. Organisations in these sources are not presented as MyVoip customers or partners.
Measure factories separately from headquarters
Procurement, dispatch, maintenance and sales may have different busy periods. Avoid hiding shift-start traffic inside a daily average. Establish PBX versions, concurrent calls and routing for each site. Test what centralised management does when a site loses connectivity instead of assuming the architecture will recover automatically.
Supplier OTP and dispatch notifications have different lifecycles
A supplier-portal login code is not the same workflow as a shipment update. The code may expire quickly while the dispatch notice remains useful for longer. Ask the application team to design queue priorities, resend policies and error tracking around those differences. Keep message purpose clear from the start.
Use staged acceptance
Begin with one site, one PBX group and one messaging flow. Test with examples authorised by the real process owners. Review results before moving all factories together. Record responsibility for operator connectivity, numbering, internet access and PBX management, including rollback and escalation contacts.
Prepare for the discussion
- Factory/head-office list and shift windows
- PBX estate and external call capacity
- Separate supplier OTP and dispatch volumes
- Pilot location, acceptance owner and rollback plan
